ORDER INFORMATION

Please check any part of your order before order has been placed. Adding or remuving items, changing colors and sizes or changing delivery address will not possible after.

EUROPEAN DELIVERIES

The EU VAT rules are changed on July 1st, and they have quite an impact on goods being shipped into the EU from the Serbia (where we are). We don`t have an IOSS number to be able to send goods to the EU to pay the different amounts of VAT in the different member states. The integration for this is complex for us.
Customer are responsible for any custom or other fees added in import and they are not displayed in our final invoice.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY (Rest of World Destinations)

All packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation number or tracking number.
Orders are usually delivered within 10-20 working days depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 25 working days from the date you receive a confirmation email confirming your order has left our warehouse.

RETURN POLICY

If your goods develop a fault within 20 days of delivery (including goods delivered with a print or manuf­ac­turing fault), the goods may be returned for replacement. In all queries relating to faulty goods we require customers provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue.­ These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Please send photographic evidence and request for returning on our e-mail store@mymusicapparel.com with order number and we will send answer.

Returned item must be in original package unweared, not washed and not used.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
